Additional Information:
Redcar Aquarist Society used great venues for there shows on the beach front or Redcar Race Track. Their tableaux entries for the three rivers were magnificent. the two cards show TTAA judge
Cliff Buck, Half Moon AS,
in 1978, and the later card was judged by
Steve King, NEFAS, 1996. Robin Gledhill created a great line of red eye red swords. RK
The pub in the centre of this tableaux is called Moll's place in honour of Molly Sugden, the comic actress, who appeared
with the club on a television quiz show.
The simple design of the tableaux meant different box top theme was possible each year. This gnome & toadstool design was popular with
the younger visitors.
