Donation made to the Great North Air Ambulance

2009 Donations

Due to the success of our open show in May, Stamps was able to donate to three charitable causes this year: The Charles Young Centre (proposed by club); Heartcall (proposed by Ken Scott) and the Great North Air Ambulance (proposed by Albert King)

The Charles Young Centre Bede & Ken present Maureen Newby, Centre's Warden, with a cheque for the Charles Young Centre, watched by the ladies of the Centre.	Heartcall Ken & Bede present Barbara Black, Head of Service Cardiology, with a cheque for the Heartcall Charity.	The Great North Air Ambulance Albert presents our cheque to Janice Hume, Fund Raising Manager of the Great North Air Ambulance.

2008 Donation

19/03/08 STAMPS Donates to a Local School
STAMPS donated a pH test kit to a local special school, at the request of a Science Teacher. The kit will be used to teach the young people about acids, alkalis and neutralisation.
